The Association of Independent Real Estate Owners,
referred to as AIREO, is a non-profit association of local real estate investors in the
Dallas/Ft. Worth/North Texas region. AIREO is dedicated to furthering the local real estate investment
industry through the education and mutual support of its members.
AIREO was founded in 1984, and is North Texas' original and oldest organization of independent real estate investors.

MEETINGS
The AIREO Main Monthly Meetings are open to the public, and are held on the second Thursday of each month. These meetings include an informal "networking" session from 6:30pm to 7:30pm, and then a formal program (usually presenting an expert speaker) beginning at 7:30pm. These meetings also feature a "Deal Table" where members exchange information about properties for sale and related services, and exibits by vendors who serve the local real estate investment industry. VISITORS are always welcome at AIREO meetings. First-time visitors are admitted free of charge to the Main Monthly Meeting if they have never before attended any AIREO meeting, and if they can provide identification in the form of a current TEXAS driver's license (required for free admission).
SPECIAL MEETINGS are also held from time to time, to present seminars, workshops and other special events. The Professional Development Workshop is a 2-hour educational event that begins at 7pm on the Monday following the main meeting. |
MEMBERSHIP
Participation in AIREO is open to anyone interested in the real
estate investment industry, both experienced investors
and beginners alike. You may join as an AIREO Annual Member, or participate
as an occasional visitor. Individual Memberships are $150 per
year, and Two-Person Memberships (couples, partners or businesses)

PROPERTIES FOR SALE
Bring your properties to the AIREO marketplace! Post them on the
"Properties for Sale" bulletin board and give your fellow investors
an opportunity to "make the deal." Prospective buyers can quickly
scan all the postings on the main board, or easily search for
exactly the type of properties they want using the convenient
search template. Buyers interested in your property can contact
you immediately, either through a private "blind" e-mail box,
or a link to your home page. Your posting can include not only
the details about your property, but also full color photos.
All properties are organized by county and type of property for

VENDOR BOARD
Whatever type of help you may need - service or supply - there's
a place for it on the AIREO Vendor Board. VENDORS
POST THEIR OWN ADS to inform local investors about
their services and products. Or investors can post ads on behalf
of vendors whose work they would like to recommend. Ads
can be easily revised, to update information or to announce special
offers. There is no charge for this innovative and valuable
feature, which benefits all members of the AIREO investor community.
